Today we woke up late, remaining on the sofa into the early afternoon with every intention of curling up with movies until dinner time. A certain little girl had different idea's, however, and at the slightest mention of potential walkies she leapt up from our laps and was waiting by the front door ready for her second outing of the day. Who could say no to those shiny eyes...
Turns out she had the right idea, and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon of bright blue skies and October sunshine, before heading back to his to enjoy frothy coffee and a fresh new recipe book. Later I returned home only to curl up with another fluffy friend. A wonderful, relaxing Monday.
